Political Literacy Video Clips
The Friedrich Ebert Foundation presents 10 animated video clips that illustrate the everyday situation of human rights and climate justice, gender equality, social justice, and good governance. This project answers the questions that young adults in Central Asia and elsewhere are seeking answers to.
The Youtube clips are written and developed by Dr. Anja Mihr, who is currently a visiting professor of Human Rights and Governance at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The main purpose of the videos is to respond to prominent questions on justice, equality, and governance. For example, the videos illustrate how climate change penetrates our everyday health and work, how digitalization is changing our economy, or how gender equality can improve work efficiency.
The video clips were initiated and funded by FES Kyrgyzstan in the context of the young adult education and training program at the School of Political Culture in Bishkek 2021.
